Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 4-5 office fit-out projects from sales handover to delivery.
- Review and manage project progress and timelines, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with the Construction Director to provide regular progress reports and updates.
- Effectively manage cost control and commercial aspects throughout the project.
- Oversee subcontractors on site, working closely with the Site Manager.
- Maintain the highest quality standards throughout the project.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in an Interiors, Construction, or Fit-out company.
- Proven success in managing smaller fit-out projects of varying values.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and principles.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on cost control and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to continuously seek ways to improve and innovate to enhance the customer experience.
- Proficient in Office 365 and experienced in using PM systems such as MS Project and Procore.
- Full driving license.
