Addiction Recovery Facilitator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Addiction Recovery Facilitator to join our team in Herefordshire.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality recovery support services to individuals struggling with substance use issues.
Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate group sessions, covering a range of topics, and support service users to achieve their recovery goals.
You will work closely with colleagues to deliver evidence-based programmes, including the Managing Alcohol Programme (MAP), Reclaim for non-opiate users, and the Recovery Skills Programme (RSP).
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle or willingness to use public transport are essential requirements for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver group sessions on various topics, supporting service users to achieve their recovery goals
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver evidence-based programmes
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of programme materials
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in delivering group work programmes and an understanding of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, including robust IT skills
- A passion for leading change and empowering individuals to make sustained changes in their lives

- A competitive salary of £24,150 rising to £28,252 per year, dependent on experience
