We are seeking a dedicated Addiction Support Specialist to join our Herefordshire Recovery Service.

In this dynamic role, you will empower and enable individuals to change by providing assessments, treatment, psychosocial interventions, and care to drug and alcohol users.

With a strong understanding of alcohol and other substance use issues, as well as appropriate treatment pathways, you will work closely with partner agencies to provide holistic support.

The estimated salary for this position is around £26,000-£30,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • 25 days' paid holiday a year + Bank Holidays, increasing with each year of service up to 27 days + Bank Holidays. Plus the option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost.
