Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate air freight operations to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and coordinate collections/deliveries effectively.
  • Prepare accurate shipping documents (MAWB/HAWB) and guarantee compliance with UK HMRC regulations.
  • Monitor live AOG updates and adapt quickly to changing customer requirements.
  • Resolve queries and complaints promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage costs, invoicing, and maintain precise records.
  • Foster strong relationships with approved suppliers and handling agents.
  • Provide support with costings, quotations, and invoices as needed.
  • Efficiently manage multiple shared inboxes, resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Offer assistance with imports operational activities as required.
  • Lend support to the AOG Manager with ad-hoc requests.
