Salary
The salary for this role is £23,400, with an additional £4,000 available once you have completed your first 6 months. You will also receive extra overtime allowances for sleep-ins and waking nights, enhancing your overall remuneration package.

Job Description
In this role, you will be a key member of a 24/7 service supporting adults in crisis due to a decline in their mental health. You will work within a small team, providing support using the therapeutic intervention model to develop and deliver 'client-led' recovery. This will involve liaising with external agencies to promote access to a wide range of activities and resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this highly rewarding role, you will need to have:
* A strong understanding of mental health issues
* At least 6 months of experience working within a social care setting, ideally focused on mental health
* Flexibility to participate in a varied rota and shift patterns, including sleep-ins/waking nights and 24/7 support
* Excellent communication skills and a flexible, creative, and empathetic approach
