About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at Brighton & Hove Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with eating disorders and other mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
  • Analyze behaviors and adapt care accordingly with colleagues
  • Update patient records and provide overall care and support
  • Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities
Working Environment

You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care. Our service operates 24/7, and you will be required to work shift patterns, including weekends, bank holidays, and nights.
