About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare in Brighton. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including those with challenging behavior, epilepsy, and PEG feeding requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Support clients with their mobility and transfer needs, including the use of hoists and slings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.
Requirements
  • Be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Have a valid enhanced DBS check.
