Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at HFH Healthcare in Brighton. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in complex care. You will be working with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with challenging behaviors and complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £14-17.93 per hour
  • A comprehensive induction and training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to excel in your role

Requirements:
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
