Healthcare Specialist Position

RPS Group's Occupational Health (OH) Physician role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic workplace that prioritizes employee support and development. As an OH Physician, you'll play a key role in providing chargeable service delivery while maintaining professional standards and accreditation.
Working 3 days a week in Derbyshire and Nottingham, you'll undertake a wide variety of casework, including management referrals, pension eligibility assessments, and HSE Appointed Doctor medicals. You'll also oversee quality and clinical management, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance, customer relations management, business development, health and safety, people and financial management.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma in Occupational Medicine, IT literacy, and knowledge of quality management and accreditation systems.
- Flexible, highly motivated team player with outstanding people skills, full UK driving licence, and the ability to understand and assimilate new information.
Salary and Benefits
- A competitive salary estimated at £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
