Craven College seeks a highly skilled Training and Assessment Professional to manage a caseload of learners and support them in achieving vocational qualifications. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing timely and constructive feedback, identifying opportunities for development, and contributing to internal quality assurance processes.

The successful candidate will have subject qualifications to minimum level 4 or equivalent and relevant vocational experience in the specialist area. They will also possess assessor and IQA qualifications, teaching/training qualifications, or willingness to work towards, as well as a level 2 or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.

This is a variable hours position, with 18 hours per week required. The salary is estimated at £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly, we encourage you to apply.
