Role Overview

Equiniti, a leading international provider of shareholder, pension, remediation, and credit technology, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Enquiry Centre team. As a Telephony Based Pensions Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our callers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive caller experience.
  • Utilize a competent working knowledge of the pension schemes to resolve members' telephone enquiries.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including attendance and time-keeping.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above.
  • Ability to form good working relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Applicants must have resided in the UK for at least 5 years.
