About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team at Withycombe Raleigh Primary School. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of cleaning services, ensuring the site is safe and clean for clients.

Job Summary:

The Cleaner will be responsible for carrying out routine and ad-hoc cleaning tasks, maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in communal areas, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or related environment

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £23,795 per hour, plus a range of benefits including annual leave allowance, company pension scheme, and opportunities for progression and development within a national organisation.
