We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Devon Legal Support Professional to join our client's conveyancing team in Devon. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company that values its employees and offers excellent career prospects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with initial client instructions
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of residential conveyancing cases
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Coordinating land registry applications and transactions
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of computer software and systems

Salary:

£22,000 - £26,000 per annum
