The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing our Net Zero Community, engaging with clients and prospects, and developing effective community engagement strategies. This role involves creating and executing webinars, monthly newsletters, and social media campaigns that resonate with our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to drive client retention and engagement
  • Build and maintain a strong, positive presence for our Net Zero Community, engaging with clients and fostering a collaborative space
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency and develop content for social media
  • Support the development of resources to support clients, including collateral for the wider team
  • Work closely with the Business Development, Product, and Marketing teams to support community and content efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification/experience
  • Passionate about helping solve the climate crisis with a strong preference for some Climate Subject matter education or experience
  • Experience creating content for social media for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Adobe proficiency (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
