Job Opportunity

G. Adams Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Construction Contracts/Projects Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our team and contribute to the success of our construction projects.

We are looking for someone with experience in the construction industry, who possesses excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, be self-motivated, and have a genuine interest in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tender packages and produce tender reports
  • Work with the contracts team to upgrade and implement new project management systems
  • Source materials, hired in items, place orders, and ensure delivery per programme of works
  • Ensure site administration, files, and meeting minutes are up to date
  • Attend site meetings and project reviews
  • Assist with valuations and final accounts
  • Ensure health and safety information is completed
  • Accurate record keeping
  • General contract administration
