G. Adams Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Contracts Team, you will play a vital role in tendering and delivering construction projects.
About the Role:
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tender packages
- Work closely with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Source materials, place orders, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records and ensure site administration is up to date
- Attend site meetings and project reviews
- Assist with valuations and final accounts
- Ensure health and safety information is completed
- Support the implementation of new project management systems
Requirements:
- Experience in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
