Job Title: Construction Assistant

G. Adams Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Contracts Team, you will play a vital role in tendering and delivering construction projects.

About the Role:

  • Assist with the preparation and submission of tender packages
  • Work closely with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Source materials, place orders, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure site administration is up to date
  • Attend site meetings and project reviews
  • Assist with valuations and final accounts
  • Ensure health and safety information is completed
  • Support the implementation of new project management systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
