About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at John Lewis in Cambridge. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering a personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on Clinique products and services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and services
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
