Aveda Beauty Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an Aveda Beauty Advisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience.

About the Role

  • Provide personalized consultations to customers, recommending products and services that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Contribute to the development of in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

About You

  • You will have a passion for people and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • You will be able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise, with experience styling with hot tools an advantage.
  • You will be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • You will be able to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

  • Able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Experience styling with hot tools (desirable but not essential).
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • An approachable and friendly personality.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.

Job Type

Part-time, variable shift schedule.
