Biffa Waste Services is a leading waste management company with over 100 years of history. We are seeking a skilled HGV technician to join our team at the Glasgow depot. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles and waste management equipment to meet health and safety legislation and DVSA requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and repair of vehicles and waste management equipment
  • Scheduled preventative service and maintenance inspections
  • Meet Biffa's operator's licence commitments
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 HGV/PSV qualification or equivalent
  • Certification in vehicle mechanics
  • Valid car/van driving licence (HGV licence desirable)

Estimated salary: £38,940 - £40,000 per annum based on a 45-hour week. This includes overtime and call-out opportunities.
