Hospitality and Catering Lead

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Hospitality and Catering Lead to join our team at WWT Washington Wetland Centre.
As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day kitchen operation, ensuring food quality, safety, and stock management protocols are upheld.
You will work closely with the Trading Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience that consistently meets high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assisting with kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinating staff training and development.
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per annum, plus benefits including 33 days annual leave, free car parking, secure bike storage, colleague discounts, cycle to work scheme, contributory pension, life assurance, and employee assistance programs.
