Deputy Camp Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Camp Manager to join our team at Camp Beaumont. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences for children and ensuring the smooth operation of our camps.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Camp Manager in running a multi-activity day camp for children aged 3-14 years
- Provide essential support to staff members to ensure they are fully equipped to deliver exceptional experiences for children
- Work closely with the management team to contribute to the overall success of our camps
- Communicate effectively with parents and other departments
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has experience in a childcare setting, and is able to work independently. You should be able to demonstrate a high level of safeguarding awareness and have a strong understanding of child development principles.
As a Deputy Camp Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering a variety of engaging sports and craft activities, and for ensuring the well-being of all our young camp members. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of our camps and to help us achieve our goals.
