**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Solicitor to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of Childcare legal matters, undertaking complex proceedings, and representing our clients in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of Childcare legal matters with minimal supervision
- Undertake complex proceedings, including complex advocacy work
- Represent our clients and support the delivery of legal services
- Provide strategic support to our clients and internal teams
- Support the development and delivery of Service Level Agreements between Legal Services and internal clients
- Proactively manage risks and opportunities in the best interest of our clients, escalating issues of concern to the Senior Lawyer and Principal Solicitor
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer
- Experience within local government essential
