Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator Weekends Only

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our team on a weekend-only basis. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth deployment of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with our global team to oversee and test the deployment of our software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software products, including database structure and configuration files.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with our 3rd party vendors and exchanges to ensure seamless software upgrades and market events.
  • Adhere to our department procedures for client communications, incident progression, and investigation.
  • Participate in our team shift patterns and assist with weekend work and out-of-hours escalation when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as database technologies and system performance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and approach problem-solving in a logical manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and professional manner.
  • Able to manage own time and a changing workload.
  • Co-operative approach to working with team members and other departments.
  • Able to view situations from a customer perspective and act accordingly.
