Helpdesk Administrator Weekends Only

We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our team on a weekend-only basis. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth deployment of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with our global team to oversee and test the deployment of our software solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software products, including database structure and configuration files.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with our 3rd party vendors and exchanges to ensure seamless software upgrades and market events.
- Adhere to our department procedures for client communications, incident progression, and investigation.
- Participate in our team shift patterns and assist with weekend work and out-of-hours escalation when required.
- Strong technical skills in areas such as database technologies and system performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and approach problem-solving in a logical manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and professional manner.
- Able to manage own time and a changing workload.
- Co-operative approach to working with team members and other departments.
- Able to view situations from a customer perspective and act accordingly.
