Part Time Finance Administrator Opportunity

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and organized Part Time Finance Administrator to join their team in Manchester. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administration support and ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volumes of invoices and credits with accuracy and efficiency
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries and ensure timely payment
  • Update payment amounts and supplier details for cash flow processing
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to manage data and create reports
