Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring that our IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
  • Monitor and maintain the company's IT systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and policies

Requirements

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject
