About the Role:
As an Infrastructure Purchasing Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of procurement specialists who manage supplier contracts for materials and services on major infrastructure projects. This involves strategic planning, budgeting, and negotiation of contracts.

You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met. Your expertise in procurement, supply chain, or international buying will be essential in building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate, source, and procure materials, equipment and services at competitive prices
  • Lead a team of procurement specialists in managing supplier contracts for materials and services on major infrastructure projects
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery of materials and services


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of industry equipment and suppliers related to infrastructure projects. You should also have fluent written and spoken French and be able to provide clients with compliant, competitive and clear offers that meet their technical and commercial needs. Additionally, you should be well-organized, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines. A proactive approach to solving issues independently is essential.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum based on your experience and qualifications.
