Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct business impact analysis to identify critical IT systems and operations.
- Coordinate with various teams to develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT systems.
- Conduct regular tests and drills to ensure the effectiveness of the IT business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide training and awareness to all staff about IT business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with business continuity owners across the business and ensure an appropriate level of alignment and coordination.
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining successful business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
- Proven experience in IT business continuity planning and disaster recovery.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including cloud-based systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage during a crisis.
