As a Weighbridge and Security Officer at Sodexo, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' employees, buildings, and assets. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control of delivery and collection vehicles
  • Operating the computerized weighbridge to ensure accurate weighing of vehicles
  • Maintaining a running tally of products weighed during the shift
  • Monitoring the operation of site barriers and CCTV cameras
  • Recording and reporting any faults with the weighbridge system
  • Ensuring all drivers have the correct PPE for access to the site
Security Officer Responsibilities
  • Routine security patrols using the patrol clocking system
  • Monitoring the operation of all site barriers and CCTV cameras
  • Recording and reporting any faults with associated equipment
  • Promptly reporting any security incidents to the D-Gate and team leader
  • Carrying out random vehicle speed checks
  • Carrying out site muster reader checks as per the monthly schedule
  • Carrying out relevant KPI audits as per the monthly schedule
  • Maintaining the security vehicle as part of the weekly routine
Requirements
  • Hold a SIA licence
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to work flexible hours on occasion at short notice
