Job Summary:

Penguin Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Geo-Environmental Engineer to join our team of specialist Ground Investigation consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting ground investigations, supervising rigs, and ensuring projects run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ground investigations, including soil sampling, rock logging, and groundwater and gas monitoring.
  • Supervise rigs and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Write factual and interpretive reports to document project findings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, geology, environmental science, geoscience, or a related field.
  • Full and valid UK driving license.
  • Experience in geotechnical or geo-environmental engineering is preferred but not essential.
