Senior/Principal and Associate Level Engineering Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal and/or Associate Level Engineering Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Watford. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of our geo-environmental workload across the south and will be responsible for leading technical project teams, managing client relationships, and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a growing geotechnical and environmental team, comprising engineering geologists, geo-environmental, and geotechnical engineers.
  • Lead technical project teams, with a strong focus on project management, technical abilities, and customer service.
  • Contribute to business development, with experience in a range of sectors, including road and rail, industrial, residential, commercial, and leisure developments.
  • Develop and implement robust, technically sound, and cost-effective solutions for clients.
Requirements
  • A good degree in Earth Sciences, Geology, or Civil Engineering.
  • An MSc in Geotechnics or Engineering Geology or a related subject would be beneficial.
  • Chartered or near chartered status, with PTS training a bonus.
