Senior/Principal and Associate Level Engineering Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal and Associate Level Engineering Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Watford. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical project teams, managing a growing geotechnical and environmental team, and contributing to business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead technical project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and technical expertise.
  • Contribute to business development, identifying new opportunities and developing proposals to secure new business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver value to clients.
  • Collaborate with other professionals within the firm, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver high-quality projects.
Requirements
  • A good degree in Earth Sciences, Geology, or Civil Engineering is required.
  • An MSc in Geotechnics or Engineering Geology or a related subject would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Candidates are expected to be chartered/near chartered dependent on level. PTS trained is a bonus.
