EG Group is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to lead our Starbucks operations in Scotland and the Northern region. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for stores across your assigned geographical area and their performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Regularly meeting with Area Managers to discuss performance, suggest improvements, and develop strategies.
  • Driving sales, reducing waste, and improving efficiency by reviewing processes and adapting as needed.
  • Monitoring financial performance, including P&L trends, budgets, sales reports, and cost controls, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with operating procedures, conducting store audits, and addressing stock control issues.
  • Communicating promotions effectively to teams and providing support to achieve company goals.

The ideal candidate will have had an Area manager, Area Management, or Multi Store Management experience in Catering and Coffee.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £48,000, a company car, quarterly bonus incentive, and access to our EG Cares benefits and rewards scheme.
