Job Title: Havering Council Team Lead

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Team Lead to join our client, Havering Council, in a key role within the MASH and Targeted Support Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day service delivery of the MASH and Targeted Support Service, ensuring a high professional standard is maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Head of Service to drive continuous improvement, focusing on performance, risk, and demand.
  • Promote excellent Face-to-Face practice, ensuring purposeful work is undertaken with children, young people, and families.
  • Provide excellent management, supervision, appraisal, and personal development opportunities for staff within the team.
  • Develop effective strategic partnerships with professional agencies, ensuring staff work collaboratively to promote positive outcomes for children and families.
  • Manage and review data compliance, ensuring high-quality administration and record-keeping is maintained.
  • Make financial decisions for the MASH and Targeted Support Service budget, planning spend to ensure best value for money within budgetary limits.
