Requirements

  • Formal apprenticeship in a relevant trade and a craft qualification equivalent to a City & Guilds Certificate
  • Post-qualification experience in a construction, building, or facilities management environment
  • Excellent organizational, planning, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities
