Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Bracknell. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with learning difficulties in a 1:1 and group setting
  • Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons
  • Monitor and record student progress
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Grade 2:2 or above in a relevant degree
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
