About the Role

As an Opticians Store Manager, you will report to the Regional Manager. You will have the autonomy to run your business and lead your team to deliver the best customer experience every time. Experience in retail leadership is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an environment where customer satisfaction and team engagement are prioritized.
  • Deliver targets by interpreting and acting upon insights and data to maximize results.
  • Lead your team to provide genuine care to all customers and maintain clinical, retail, and legal standards.
  • Manage budgets and achieve targets while engaging with customers and team members to understand how to improve.
  • Meet multiple goals at any one time and at pace.
