Job Title: Graduate Academic Mentor

Job Type: Contract

Location: Lewisham

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Academic Mentor to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students who require extra academic guidance to progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to students who require extra guidance
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive the best possible support
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to support student progress
  • Monitor and track student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address these
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support

Requirements:

  • At least a 2:1 Degree from one of the UK's Top 20 Universities
  • Experience of working with children (desirable but not essential)
  • Energy and passion for your subject to inspire the next generation

What We Offer:

  • Up to £500 per week (inclusive of Holiday Pay)
  • Paid via PAYE on a weekly basis
  • Opportunities to support students from underprivileged backgrounds and facilitate their success
