Graduate Academic Mentor Role

Are you a recent graduate from a top UK university with a passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people?

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Academic Mentor to join our team at Ribbons & Reeves Limited. As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will have the opportunity to work with students in a supportive and challenging environment, helping them to achieve their academic goals and develop their skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to students in a variety of subjects
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree in a core subject from a top 20 UK University
  • A grades (or equivalent) at GCSE and A-Level
  • Previous experience working with young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
