We are seeking a dedicated Academic Support Specialist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves, a leading education recruitment agency in London.

About the Role

This is a full-time term time only position with a long-term contract until July 2025. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to qualify as a teacher and gain QTS.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £21,500 - £25,000 per annum, paid weekly on a PAYE basis.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise small groups and provide one-to-one support for students requiring additional guidance
  • Monitor and track student progress effectively
  • Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and activities to suit the diverse needs of each child
  • Engage students creatively to enhance their academic and personal growth, while guiding and supporting them in preparation for secondary school
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must be minimum 2:1 graduates from a Top 20 UK University. Child-centered experience is advantageous.
