Job Title: Business Analyst - Collateral Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in Collateral Management to join our team at Smart IT Frame LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end Collateral Management Life Cycle, with experience in Biparty and Triparty Collateral Management functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement applications involving collateral management strategies aligned with the company's risk appetite and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide strategic direction to business and tech teams for managing collateral operations, developing efficient workflows, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, including Transcend, to ensure seamless integration with our systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our solutions remain compliant and effective.
Requirements:
  • 15 years of experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on Collateral Management.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology and Program Management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good exposure to SQL knowledge.
  • Mandatory certifications: IIBA ECBA, CBAP, AAC, and external BA certifications such as IIBA AAC, CCBA, CBAP, or CSPO from Scrum Alliance.
