Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless communication within the company.

  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventories, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively, maintaining a high level of productivity.
