We are seeking a Corporate Operations Coordinator to join our team in Bangor, United Kingdom. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our office's day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful execution of our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless communication within the company.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, utilizing your proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventories, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organizational skills.
