About the Role- This is a full-time position, including sleep-in duties, with a competitive salary range of £27,400 - £33,044 (£11.90- £12.70 per hour) plus £60.47 per sleep in (4-8 required per month).
- The successful candidate will work across Monday-Sunday on a rolling rota, with shifts given in advance.
- Advocate for each young person's needs, rights, and views, ensuring their individuality, difference, and diversity are appreciated.
- Provide daily care, learning, and development opportunities, promoting a safe and secure environment.
- Implement and maintain clear boundaries necessary for creating a stable living situation.
- Participate actively in team activities, including weekly meetings and training sessions.
- Be flexible in approach to work, covering shifts as needed due to colleague absence.
- Embrace company values, undergo modular training, and implement training in homes.
- Closely supervised and supported through an industry-standard induction programme.
- Therapeutic modular training to work with children within the values model.
- Training on managing challenging behaviours and violence displayed by young people.
