About the Role

We are looking for a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes in Cambridge.

As a Care Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide excellent care and support to our residents. This may include assisting with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and helping with meals.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development, enabling you to progress your career within the company.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a salary of £21,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits including opportunities for career advancement and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a kind and caring individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
