Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing person-centered care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and domestic duties;
- Assisting service users with medication management, appointments, and other activities as required;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities;
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve service user goals and objectives;
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience working in healthcare or a related field;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies;
- Basic IT skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
