Personal Care Assistant

Cera Prime Care is seeking a reliable and caring Care Assistant to provide companionship and support to our clients in Shaftesbury and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others, be patient, and possess excellent communication skills.
About the RoleThis is a part-time/full-time position, working various shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and nights. As a Care Assistant, you will assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, and light housekeeping. You will also help manage medications, ensure client safety, and maintain confidentiality.
In addition to your regular duties, you may also participate in activities that promote social interaction, such as games, conversations, or outings. Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and supported.
You will receive comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive hourly rate, enhanced bank holiday rates, and access to our benefits & discounts platform.

- Develop a strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
Your salary for this role will be approximately £11-12 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including:
