Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a reputable recruitment agency with a strong presence in the industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join their established Adults service in Norwich.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will work closely with the management team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. With a focus on Adults Services, the Social Worker will be responsible for managing a caseload, conducting assessments, and coordinating care packages to meet the diverse needs of service users.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Social Worker will also be expected to participate in Safeguarding Adults investigations, promote safeguarding awareness, and provide written reports for court proceedings and case conferences.
