Adult Mental Health Clinician

**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Adult Mental Health Clinician to join our Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team in Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of adults with suspected neurodevelopmental disorders or mental health difficulties.
**Responsibilities:
- Conducting diagnostic assessments using established tools and criteria
- Writing up assessment reports in a timely and professional manner, including recommendations and interventions
- Providing expert witness assessments for courts and parole boards, where required
**Requirements:*
- Experience in conducting diagnostic neurodevelopmental/specialist developmental assessments with adults
- Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and appropriate assessment tools for autism and ADHD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team
**Salary and Benefits:** A competitive salary range of £55,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a hybrid/remote working arrangement and ongoing professional development opportunities.
