About the Position

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare's care home in Epsom. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the care home's management team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the care home's management team
  • Manage files and documents efficiently
  • Answer phones and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain accurate records and databases

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be confident using computer software and have strong organizational skills.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits including free training and development opportunities, wellbeing and support tools, and retail discounts.
