Department of Safety Office Coordinator Job Description

As a Department of Safety Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department while serving as the primary point of contact for the campus community and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee parking operations, including permit management and data entry.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as word processing, managing files, and other office procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members of the campus community.
  • Assist with event planning and setup for training sessions.

Requirements:

  • One year of office/administrative assistant experience.
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Able to demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

Estimated salary range: $28,000 - $35,000 per year.
