**Supporting Neurodiverse Pupils**

As a Neurodiverse Education Professional, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of neurodiverse children and young people. Our unique approach to education focuses on providing a supportive and inclusive environment that allows each pupil to thrive.

You'll work closely with teaching colleagues to develop and implement individualized learning plans that cater to each pupil's needs. This will involve conducting regular assessments to monitor progress and making adjustments as needed.

We're seeking someone with a patient and compassionate approach to working with pupils who may have complex needs. In exchange for your dedication, you'll receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a comprehensive pension scheme, learning and development opportunities, and access to wellbeing support.
